    What uniforms are these?

I was recently watching a documentary about the war and these images where shown. I would be interested to know what kind of uniforms (Polizei?) these are and who might be wearing them in the photo? They do not seem to have any badges that look familiar. As far as the documentary these images were shot in Bergen Belsen.

    All help is welcome.

I think they may be members of a small Hungarian unit that was outfitted with Tigers. I have never seen the cap badge before.

Nice so that probably is the Hungarian unit that trained with 503 and they wore the insignia of the parent unit. I suspect that may be Ervin Tarczay in the last picture above picture talking to the German officer.

Thank you gentlemen. A friend of mine has a jacket which we think is Polizei but it resembles the ones here in the pictures.

That badge was a groundfind at a former POW camp for germans in check republic, 20 years ago. Finder had no idea what to do with it, and put it on a tank destruction sleeve badge, to sell it...

I'll be damned. I remember the guy bringing it to a local show. Unfortunately he wasn't selling it at the time. Jim
