GD cyphers help

[RUHL13]

Hi Guys, can I get some feedback on this cypher?
I am not getting my hopes up, even though I know nothing about them.
Had the tunic for many years, looks like there sewn on, and pins show under the board also, just showing one cypher.

It looks like a casting to me, and, in that case, it would be a reproduction.

IMO these are original cyphers.
The holes in the back of the Schulterstukken are these well worn ? Without loose threads ?
