Not sure but would guess swastika was added to non-III Reich insignia.

I agree , the fabric and construction does not look like anything from the TR period that I have see. J

OSS is right: non-Third-Reich insignia with swastika added. Dutch armbadge Guards (Bewakings Troepen - B T) around 1947. Offcourse in original state NEVER a swastika added!
