I think the white border means "Infanterie" isn´t it

I believe that is around the going rate. They come from the Mannheim Area or Kurpfalz area

The white Waffenfarbe is for the HJ Streifendienst ,becoming the Police helpers during the war . Not infantry like in the Armed forces ...
