    Red piped Panzer collar tabs?

I have read through some of the older posts and I believe these are Panzer artillery collar tabs, is that correct? If that is what these are they much rarer than regular panzer collar tabs? Any opinions or advice is appreciate as I could not find any online elsewhere for comparison.
    Respectfully,
    Kevin

They look indeed like artillerie tabs. Skulls are for sure original. Mid to late war zinc pattern

Are the artillery collar tabs much harder to find? Are they more expensive than the panzer collar tabs?

        Thank you Lucky Strike!

yes - harder to find and I would think slightly more expansive. Skulls are atually strange on those tabs. As far as i know Panzerartillerie did not wear skulls on their tabs.

These are not factory produced tabs. They are field made. The question is were they made before May 1945 or after ???

I do not like buckram backing. Perhaps very close to the post war type one sees on fake SS tabs ?

I do not especially like them either. My guess would be that they are post war made.

They are a bit more uncommon but not rare. I will post mine later when i get home. MD has a nice one but its really spendy in my opinion. Matt

tabs are original imo. Here is a similar - well worn - pair, that was part of a small estate....

I like both pairs posted in this thread and would have no issues owning any of them. Matt
