They base cyphers seem ok. They look stamped and not cast. The bottom pair looks as though the prongs are repaired. Need better pictures to see the condition of the the prongs. This will set the value. Untouched sets with intact prongs go for not less that $500. Repaired ones or ones with cracked solder go for less.
