    Are these original ww2 era? If so what branch/rank, thanks for the help.

    They look to be an Oberstleutnant (Lt. Col.) of Artillerie; would need better Fotos to go from there.

          More likely LW Flak/Artillery. The set up with the snaps may be for a jacket so they can be easily removed.
