That's only an idea and prices are depending on many factors ...
        And countries,still !
        I agree it's a high "idea" but that's what i see around me ?

IMHO 700€ is the peak, or better add some and buy something nice:

wanted them because they were unissued ...
A nice worn one has sometimes more " history" and is a lot more appreciated by
              many collectors ?

Is it Italian gabardine? It looks like plain Italian cloth not gabardine,or is it the screen?

No, they are not gabardine but rather constructed of a slightly textured wool

Price is a function of condition and demand. There are all kinds of collector tastes and some people want the best and are willing to pay for it. The trousers linked above could have been sold several times over at the listed price as there were many requests to buy, but just the one pair to sell.

Lesser condition = lesser price, for example:

Hard to disagree. IMHO it is better to spend more for better, from the other hand 950USD for VGC is lot more cost effective than 700€ for "been there(where?)" condition

Yes, but the ones for 950USD were for a dwarf.

Im sure they would sell for more if they were a bigger size.
