question about SCHUMA-shoulter strap

They are not like any SCHUMA boards I've ever seen, and it is odd they have no piping to show type or grade. Odd, un-German looking material of an unusual color for SCHUMA as well. The swastika position is very low - all around, boards I would not take a chance on unless very cheap.

Some may say they are locally produced, and they may be, but they are just too "off" for me.

This type of board with low swastika was worn by Latvian Schuma serving with the Zollgrenschutz (Border Customs). I've seen a photo somewhere of them in wear - low swastika boards with zoll collar tabs.
