    M42 for comments

    This is my latest tunic. It is very well worn but has imo original applied insignia. It is thick with dirt and dust. I doubt it has been in a collection before. If you like mint tunics, then look away! I would be interested in any observations or thoughts about the insignia application.

                      IMO this kind of battle worn tunics beats a closet hanger/ mint item any day of the week!

                        I have learned a lot from this forum, and the tunics posted/comments from all of you. This purchase is a result of that knowledge acquired and a bit of luck in being at the right place at the right time! Thanks for your positive feedback.

                            Congrats for this very nice tunic.
                            Also for me the insignia are factory sewn. Eagle's wear is the same of the cloth.
                            Try to look if the wire that sews the insignias is present in other seams of the tunic.
