WWII German combat pants

Any help would be appreciated. They appear to be dated 1938. They have light moth damage and some replaced buttons. They were found in duffle bag with helmets. Brought back by my friends grandfather. Type and value as I may take them to SOS to sell. Thanks!!!!

Judging by a label they could be related to the motorized division of Security and Assistance Service - SHD-Abteilung (mot.).

CM = Centraal Magazijn.

Used bij germans during the war 40-45.
