I agree with date 1940, I see a M40 feldbluse with green collar tabs.

No it's not. It is 1939 as you can see descrption below photo and see airborne steve post; the one with lighter green collar is most probably m34 or M35 jacket ( and definately not M40 ), as these were made with lighter green collars tha later M36 model.
