        Yes another civilian one...German para military as well as Axis para military certainly used such coats based on photograhic evidence, which no doubt were obtained from local civilian sources (which could include German made or Austrian "lederwaren" supply companies and procured locally in Croatia...hence the cuff and overall style differences (lapel size etc).

        You should ask about this in the Axis forum section, not Geman armed forces section as none of these are German armed forces coats...

        The Croat Handschar officer on the other hand (2nd image) is wearing a true German armed forces leather coat.
        If it does not look like this it is not an official German military garment! PERIOD!
