    Hi Jordan,
    Jacket has a massive repair to the right front shoulder area, and IMHO all insignia has been replaced.
    Jacket itself I believe is original.
    Nice one if you are going to do a heavy combat display.

      Agree. If I had some cash at the present time, maybe I would have take it. Could be perfect Under a Zeltbahn for example. Heavy use, but the repair would be maybe not so visible under the y-straps. I would consider changing the eagle for a later one.

          As the others said, original jacket with everything replaced.

          It appears the tunic was denazified by cutting out the eagle.

            Yes, the part on the tunic where eagle was is restored...i really dont think its a wartime repair.

            I have seen tunics cut-out the same way before.

              Interesting in that rather than just remove the eagle someone cut out a large area above the pocket. OUCH jackboot
