Opinion on this HB Tunic

I am interested in getting this, but I am a bit scared this might be one of those infamous HSC fakes as the item is in France. Any Input would be appreciated.

Do a search on the forum for HBT. There are some great threads on how to identify original HBT cloth. I learned alot.

Based on the pictures it looks original to me but it is hard to see the details of it.

I agree with Johnny that it is a good one so far from viewing the photos but......
the $700.00 asking price is much more than I would pay for a stripped HBT tunic!

The fabric itself looks streaked, as if there was a poor attempt to artificially age it.

The top stitching around the outside edge of the collar appears to be too far from edge.

The selvedge at the inseam center back seam is raveling. Real German HBT doesn't ravel at the selvedge, at least not that I've ever seen.

Just some things to think about. Maybe ask the seller for more detailed photos in these areas.

I have read many of the threads about HBT on the forum and they were indeed very helpful.

Asked the seller for more detailed picture, but didn't get a reply yet for 2 days.

I am looking to get an HBT in the collection, is there a dealer that you guys recommend?
