This is a Heidenreich plate which I recently acquired in an auction, showing a beautifully detailed, raised-relief folded-wing Wehrmacht eagle with an inscription for the Championship of the 10th Division, 1938.
it is unclear WHICH 10th Division but I am assuming it is the 10th Infantry which took part in the Anschluss later in that year.
