Personally, I don't like them. I've owned/handled numerous pairs of original Pz hose with production dates between 1936 - 1944 and these do not bear any of the correct characteristics of an original pair. Buttonhole sewing is incorrect at the ends, wool is folded over and sewn under the top edge of the waist band lining (as opposed to just being unfinished/raw at the top), channel for draw string at ankle is wrong and markings are hokey. If there is a date of 1943 or 1945 this is surely not the grade of wool one would expect to find at that point. This looks like what you'd see around 1935 - 1940/41.
The one thing about Pz garments is that their production characteristics are pretty consistent due to the limited number of companies contracted to clothe a relatively small force in comparison to their feild-grey bretheren.
JMO - I wouldn't touch them. If you want a cheap and original alternative get a pair of HJ ski trousers. You can find them in black and they are cut nearly the same except for the bellowing at the ankles that the Heer Pz trousers have.
