Ring opinion please

I got this ring at a yard sale a few years back and wanted opinions on it. There are no markings so I guess it's another fantasy ring. The black is not enamel but some kind of finish. I don't know what the faces on the sides are but looks like some type of cat. It does test as silver but I don't know what percent it is.
