Back in the 1970's I had a big collection of German medical equipment.

I bought and sold many of these leather boxes.

But I never got one with an SA insignia on it.

Did someone ad this post war ?

It looks original.

Quite common. You can also find them with HJ-markings

Some things are very common in Europe that you never see in the States. I guess when GIs had limited space to bring back souvineers SA medical poutches werent on the top of their shopping list.
