Help ID'ing Commandant of Munich War Academy

Hello, all - my major MAX show purchase was an Infantry Oberst's Waffenrock with Munich Kriegschule shoulderboard devices. Are there any publications that list the commandants? The intriguing thing about this tunic is that it has the sewn-in loops under the collar for a neck order, hence my curiosity. It could very well be a WWI neck order, but I thought this one would bear out some research. As always, any help is appreciated!

    Don:

I don't know anything about the potential owner of this tunic, but just wanted to say that your new acquisition is very beautiful. A great Waffenrock!

Were there any piped tunics there with rare piping colors?

    Regards,

    Drew

      Hi Drew -

Nothing too exotic - I saw two Panzer Waffenrocks, and there were three piped tunics - all had been dicked with in some form or fashion - 2 infantry leutnants (one of which was literally "brand new") and a transport piped tunic that had been modified from a Wafenrock. When it was modified is anyone's guess, but the cloth for the pockets and cuffs was a fair shade off from the remainder of the tunic. The guy was asking $850, I think. There was also a piped General's tunic that I THINK was OK - $4500.

              Hey Rolf -

Sorry to disappoint, but it's in reality a 2 place plus a 3 place - he had enough loops for both to fit comfortably!
