    It seems to be in good shape. Not sure if medic patches had a back on them but if they did this one most likely is missing it..... enjoy......

      Nice original! The backing is an acceptable material and seen on late war pieces.

        Thanks for the conformation. I would think the patch would come loose due to having no grip on the snake.....
