Try to get pictures of the inside and details of the belt ramp areas. Hard to tell with just these images but the insignia is post War. Looks like a TV show etc. costume

I would not buy the tunic from those pictures, unless it is very cheap.... Insignia looks bad as all ready stated.

Now with punctuation: this tunic has some serious issues, like others pointed out before.
IMO this is indeed a theater or movie costume (hence the misshapen collar and strange fabric), or perhaps a very early post-war uniform (KVP/NVA or BGS). I would stay clear of it.
There are plenty of good tunics to find on the e-stand, and prices are dropping fast!
