Anyone know what these collar tabs are?

Tom,

First thing that comes to mind is Luftwaffe Air Traffic Control, but the green looks a little too deep (like Luftwaffe Jager). This type of felty wool causes the colors to look washed out often except for the real dark colors like cornflower blue, black, red, etc..

you are correct, they are greener than shown in the photos.
