I am new to this forum and hope this is the correct place to list this question.
I have a flag in my collection that I am not able to identify. It is a bugle flag that has a three-piece swastika on one side and the other side is split in half with red and blue panels. The flag has silk ties and fringe on the other three sides.
Any help would be appreciated
