Estate of Insignias help needed

Bought this estate of Insignias coming from a collector who passed away while ago.There is forestry, first WW, Wehrmacht Unteroffizier, Leutnant panzerjäger,railroad, Marineartillerie etc.
I was wondering about the blue collar tabs with red frame and the shoulderboards blue gold red. Also the tabs down left with the two stars each. Any help highly appreciated.

Nice set of pz gren 1LT boards in the grouping. Also some nice M36 Heer eagles as well, nice little lot for sure. Matt

What you call forestry is Zoll (customs), if you are meaning the four tabs top middle.
The tabs lower left with two stars are Luftschutz.

not "RFD" but "RFV" (Reich Finanz Verwaltung) , that is CUSTOM ("administration of finance of the reich")

Your WW1 collar tabs took to be Medical Officer. There is a set here locally, but the guy continues to maintain that they are NAZI and hasn't a clue when I ask him to explain the colors and the lack of piping around the entire tab. Post them down below to confirm, but that is what I think they are.

Nice Fuchsenband with porcellan Bandknopf. Probably Burschenschaft, could be one of the many Arminias. The Zirkel contains an "A" but I could not identify the Verbindung...
