The cap trapezoid is a late-war original. The embroidered breast eagle is a private purchase type, it looks good to me but I haven't seen this type of backing before and I am not sure on this one.

The embroidered trapazoid is an original piece. The breast eagle,as Chris said, is a private purchase early war embroidered piece. I haven't seen this pattern but a few that looked close to this. I think it is a good piece IMO!!
