Hey Mike - I wouldn't have known about your latest exquisite addition if you hadn't initially mistakenly posted this thread in the equipment section!

As others have said it is an truly stunning example!

          Cheers

                  Beautiful!!!

I'd sell you one of my motorcycles or cars for it haha.

The high-quality metal Stuermann badge is the earliest production, they are hard to come by I only have 3 of them from years of searching.

It looks like yours has unfortunately soaked up most of the finish but nevertheless is still quite the beauty!

Gorgeous Feldblusen! Question: On the tunic just purchased, the bottom pockets are "off-set" from the top pockets. On the other tunic, the bottom pockets are "in-line" with the top pockets. ??? -wolfey

Nice tunic, the metal Steuermann devise is rare and desireable.

                        thank You guys Again !

Wolfey - You are right.. Didn't see that until I started processing photographs. in reality is much less visible .. but when I was working on cropping pictures I was like - damn these pockets are off... And indeed they are - top one on a pionier tunic are not in line.. just a little bit off... and bottom ones are sewn on different angle

maybe thats why this tunic was a closet queen from the moment it was issued ?

can anybody identify factory based on this washed out stamps ?!

                        look at the lines:

This 'bluse appears to be for a large size. This may be the reasoning for the lower pockets being "off". Maybe the original owner had a large waist!
