Would it have been possible to add a fur interior (whether real or synthetic) to this garment?
I have Mr. Slegers new book and although I have read the chapter concerning winterjacke I don't recall him mentioning a factory produced item with fur lining.
Perhaps this type of mod might have been an officer's private purchase?
I'm asking because I thought I recalled a Luftwaffe version of the winterjacke with just such a fur lining being offered on the Collector's Guild site several months ago (but I don't see it now).
