St. is usually for "Stab' of Staff, I am not sure on the last letter "Pr" ?or the number below, it looks like "15" ? That may be the second unit the jacket was used by.
. The "II" is the condition of the jacket when it was stamped. The munber indicates it was for for daily wear and use on duty etc. "I" is the highest condition.

Now I have a better screen, the first stamp is "I/Pz.R. 6" so 1st Battalion PR 6 and the Second one is St. Pz (?). over (R with illegible number to right) and tunic condition II.

I don´t believe the z in St.Pz. IMO it is Pa, but i have no idea what it means.
You are correct with the I. , but it is Abteilung not Batallion. So it could be St.Pa=
Stab Panzer-Abteilung. But normally the a should be a big letter, not a small.
I´m really not sure about this, it is only a try to explain.

"Batallion" is the English translation of "Abteilung", I am not sure on the "z" either hence the question mark. It is odd, almost looks like an "o". Pa is not in the Army book of abbreviations but not all are in there. Hard to read it now.

It depens on the branch if it is a Batallion or a Abteilung. Wehrmacht has also Inf-Batallions.
But i agree, it´s hard to read and nearly impossilbe to guess what it means.

Yes, I understand, I translated the stamp meaning into English.
