I originally posted this in the Post-War portion of the forum, but I think that it will find more interest here.......
I purchased a 1970's Bundesgrenzschutz parka from the 1970's off of eBay for an amazingly low price. It was listed in the wrong category, described incorrectly, without the correct "key search words" in the tittle, and Bundesgrenzschutz was even misspelled! To make a long story short, I picked up the parka at an insanely low price! When I checked out the sellers photos, I noticed that the parka had what appeared to be WW2 Wehrmacht shoulder boards. I figured that they were probably reproductions, but when I received the parka, I changed my opinion.
The boards appeared to be original WW2 Wehmacht! The consensus of forum members over in the Bundesrepublik section confirmed my suspicions. The boards are Wehrmacht. I would be very interested to hear from forum members who frequent the WW2 portion of the forum............. here is a quick link to my original post:

Here are the photos of the shoulder boards and a picture of the parka that they arrived on........... let me know what you think and what kind of value they might have. I am adding them to my personal collection, and have no desire to sell them at this time, but I am curious.
