Opinions on German Trousers

Hi,

I've bought these trousers a few weeks ago from someone in Germany.
I have no idea what sort of trousers these are because the color.
What are your opinions?
Maybe the trousers are painted with black paint because in the light I can see some green.

These are no WW2 era German issue trousers. They don't strike me as private made as well, therefore either foreign or...??
Perhaps some else recognizes them.
