Is it from kKriegsmarine unit or it is post war production?

Agreed both fine and 100% period!!
Pants = Kriegsmarine KM. I have a set of black NSKK breeches with those same period buttons.

Overcoat = standard officers leather pattern, and used by various branches, mostly armed forces = Luftwaffe + Heer + SS
Buttons, (some with long shank) will be a challenge to find! Hope the shoulderboard loops (simple string type) are still in place,
often removed (for civilian use)...which could explain the removal of military buttons. Still a solid military leather period overcoat!
