Cool wrap. What is up with that piece of headgear? Never seen that configuration before. Can you tell me more about it?

Great jackets featured gents. Here is a nice untouched Stalingrad/ Monte Cassino vet, 44th inf div with its crusher. J

        What can I say Jacques....

Very neat detail that reworked cockarde on the crusher!

It is the type cockade as worn within the Ethnic Legions. Is that what you intend with it Jerry? The colours yellow/black (?) representative for Siberian Cossack...?

It is blue and yellow actually. For Ukrainian volunteer. I just put it with it since I like it and it has red soutache.

Yes the coloures are Ukrainian. Wonderful items Galizien- and your volunteer cap make me drool.

Got it! Of course not the best match for the wrap but when original to the cap than that is quite sensational actually!

Always nice to see senior officers ranks in those converted EM tunics, and a nice one it is on top of that!

Thanks. I know it is not the best match technically speaking with the wrap...but my only red piped o/s cap so had to do.

The cockade on the cap is so tightly stitched I can not peak under without damaging the stitching. Curious as to whether original tricolor is under there...it is a cool cap and all original in my opinion.

The untouched Dutch conversation with Aserb is way cooler though imo...

                    Hi,
Not visited this thread in a while but some great additions even if a few non Heer examples have slipped in,here are some more of mine.
the 4 button ss has always been Heer but never appears to have had a eagle on breast nor arm?

                            Me too!

Excellent example with those worn out/repaired lower sleeves!

Also nice to see a green sleeve eagle used on the drillich Polizei tunic in stead of the more common light grey machine woven version.
PS there is a similar thread in the Police Forum where you can post this one!

                                Hi,
Here's a close up of the insignia, how many times do you see a SS fatigue jacket badged to the Heer? no doubt one day when it leaves me it will be badged SS by someone as it has never had a eagle on it.
