I couldn't see a Kriegsmarine uniform section so I hope you don't mind if I slip this in here. I'm pretty sure that this is a post war make up but just wanted confirmation.

I found one of these with loops for EKI, Wund badge and either Coastal Arty badge or an S-Boat badge several years ago. I showed it to a friend who was in the Med with S-boats and also a member of the West German Navy and he said that it was from the 50's. He said the open pockets were the give away. Just one more reason to have a KM Category here on WAF
