Tunic measurement help....

Hi Guys, can i get some help with the tunic numbers?
I did convert them, but what is for what, i am guessing the 90 is the chest size...which comes to 35.43 inches.
I have an inquiry of sleeve length, shoulder length.
42 = 16.5"
90 = 35.43"
40 = 15.74"
78 = 30.70"
64 = 25.2"

there you go. I hope I didn't made a mistake.

90 - Brust - chest
42 - Rückenlänge - length of the back
78 - Gesamtlänge - overall length
40 - Kragenweite - collar size
64 - Ärmellänge - sleeve length

E 36 - Erfurt (19)36
