POA shoulder boards

Hello,
These are definitely not my specialty, so I wanted to get your thoughts on these. I believe they are POA boards for Russian troops serving with the WH? They may be slightly mismatched, but I think except for a difference in the sharpness of the ends and a slight difference in the color of the piping, they are the same.

Good originals! These varied significantly in length and end shape; these are close enough in construction and materials to pass as a pair, as these boards go.
