Cloths Insignia- need help and ID

I have the opportunity to bye this set from one collector relatives, who are not interesting on this. I am a relatively new in this field and ask you, guys, for help.
What they are? Is any good items in that bunch, any bad......... Seller asking price - $700 , is it reasonable?

$700 is way overboard for what is there,IMO.

10. Railroad eagle-?
11. Panzer bullion hat eagle-?
12. Coast artillery breast eagle-?
14,15. DAK sleeve chevrons - ?
Am I right ?

To clarify #6 is Army Artillery if were SS it would have black wool underside

Those chevrons look to me to be for the drill tunic. Not specifically tropical. Could have been use as such I sure. The Luftwaffe style tresse is all I think Ive ever seen on these. Sometimes a black border is found on these and then they are sold as "SS". I think 400.00 is even way to much for this group.
