NCO shoulder boards opinions

I have this NCO shoulder boards, Are they 100% original ?
The backpart looks strange.

is ti possible that the tongues are added later?
The boards are good, but they seem to be for sewing in.

The tongues are made with the same material as the inside part of the boards..no added IMO
