Panzer tab opinion

At a glance they look like nice originals, but I must admit I don't study the latest fakes of this particular tab type.What are your concerns?

Thanks for your response Richard. They look like great originals to me as well, but they look so good it makes me wonder. I know the fakes are getting so good it's hard to tell sometimes and I'm not an expert on these.

I was interested in what others thought.

Hi Bob,

My only concern is the LH tab.The top of the rh column on the Lh tabs looks considerably narrower than any other column on either tab.

These are usually symmetrical but it is a relatively minor flaw.

Apart from that they look textbook in almost every respect.

The fakes of wh tabs are really getting good. Usually you can tell because the backing is either missing or a shiny type of waxed cardboard. There are subtle differences in the type of wire used for embroidery.

I have a pretty monstrous collection of tabs but no longer buy anything really minty unless they look bang on.

Despite having all the correct materials, I would pass on these.
