trouser size markings

Hey guys,
I know how to read the tunic size markings, in say an M40 tunic, but I don't know how to read trouser size markings.
For instance here are readings on a pair of M43 kielhosen:

180 184 (I think?)
82 88
116 102
E.43

I'm guessing that width and inseam are in there somewhere--can anybody help?

82=inside lenght of leg 88=width of waist


116=lateral lenght of leg 102=width of seat

180 and 184 mean that these trousers fit a soldier 1,80/1,84 tall!
No need to say that E43 means that these trousers were stocked in Erfurter bekleidungs lager in 1943
