Barn find anno 2010

Well not exactly barn but a loft where these uniform items were stuffed in the rafters for use as insulation.

Found by someone renovating a house in North Norway just 2 days ago and tipped off to a friend of mine who took these photos.

As you can see most stuff is German but there was also these British windproof trousers

Very nice find!!! I love the cammo parka in sumpmuster 43' pattern. I try to buy any I find.

I miss living in Europe so much. I lived on a farm right next to a LW base and the people that owned the farm were there in 1945. When the Germans left and the Allies moved forward they went into the airbase with carts a loaded up. I cannot imagine how much stuff was laying around. My dad said the sides of roads were littered with gear. No suprise clothing was used for insulation.

Great find! Amazing what's still sufacing after 65 years!
The wool trousers (kielhosen?) have a large thigh side pocket added
on the left ??? and on the right leg a smaller pocket for a tool???
I know Swedish trousers have side pockets (post war added) like this?
What's the pattern? Obviously untouched!
