LW Large Eagle Cloth Insig - What is it?

Can anyone help identifying what this is, could it be off a sports shirt?
Size about 11" / 28cm across.

How much do these go for?, I have a couple of KM which I got in a group but no Luft.

I see them go usually around 60 myself, but it varies on branch and condition

SA and SS go for more, obviously

These normally go for $20-$30 and usually don't sell too well at shows, so you're likely to get a deal from a seller if you haggle right.
