    need pictures

    I would like to make a request for some pictures of a typical soldier wearing combat gear like a 98k bayo and a bread bag, exc.

    I am interested in building a mannequin of a soldier wearing all the field equipment possible and would like to know what I need to accomplish this task.

    The pictures could be actual photos or drawings preferred.

    Thank-you

    Get the book God, Honor, Fatherland A photo history of Panzergrenadier divison
    "GROSSDEUTSCHLAND" on the eastern front 1942-1944.

      To start.

      Hello "Boot",
      here are some pics from the 2nd Panzer in Normandy. This should give you an idea of what was carried in a combat zone.Lots of interesting details in the pics.
      Don't forget either to have a look around the "Collections" forum, there are some simply stunning things to see in there to say the least...a good place to start is here;

      Hope this is of interest,

      Patrick.

                        I don't think the average soldier would carry that much gear on the field, but still a good picture.
