GD insignia: early cuff and shoulder boards

Wouldn't black shoulderstraps be pink piped for panzer?
To me these look like white piped HG panzer straps but than
why the embroidered "GD" cyphers?
Also the tresse material I don't recognize... lacks the diamond pattern??
(zig-zag pattern?)
Can't comment on the cuff title but the straps look odd to me...

I'd say that the shoulderboards are actually green, but they just appear black in this particular photo.

that black was one of the facts that wondered me. They are looking black to me, too, I will take a look tomorrow outside in the sun.

If you look at the first 2 posts of the shoulderboards you can see a small area of green where the securing button would be and is more like the dark green seen on the lower section of the strap in the lower picture of Post #2.

The shoulder straps would not be for me, note the embroidery of the G, how different it is on the two tabs. The tress not good imo. Jacques

There are black "GD" boards with white piping...they are for the panzer uniform and are Wach battalion. These however are green, and what kind of tress is that? Like Jacques expressed...some funny business going on with those boards. Cuff title looks fine.

I held them out under sunshine, and the upper material is truly black. So, what do we have to say about them?
