Artillery summer tunic???

Hello Guys, here is a tunic i've had for years, and decided to clean it from dust and all, but, i don't remember the interior looking like this.
I did remember it was named and made of a nice doeskin material, but inside?
Has anyone ever seen a webbed green netting material used for under the arms for maybe ventilation?
Medal bar is sewn on, and well done i might add.
But the inside now has got me thinking....any thoughts or opinions?

Agree, looks well made, part lined is not unusual, maybe what it has been done with is, but all good, IMO.
