Heer eagle, opinions please!

Hi guys,
I would like to have some opinions about this m 37 breast eagle. I bought and paid it as an original one but there are some things giving me troubles:
-it is quite rough when you touch it
-the eagle's head is a little bit "squared"
-the eagle's right foot is a little bit different from known original examples
I know that millions of these had been produced so differences could exist but.....I need your opinions!!!!
It's made of cotton and not of nylon fabric ( I tested it with a lighter!!!!)

Don't see anything wrong with this bird!

The wreath seems to have some irregularities, but I feel it has a good chance to be a good one. Mike.
