What whot it be? HJ, NSKK r other??

My opinion is SA that have been dyed black for some reason (probably not during the war years)

I dont think they are dyed,, the inside is black, but the outside is brown.

They were dyed, you can see the original white color of the lining around the stitch holes were the tag was removed. The exterior is worn and faded. The ribbed texture holds the dye differently than the smooth interior. That has caused the color differences IMO.
