Thoughts on these, I do not know the different patterns for 7 lines or 9? The tress is Silver white.

Is the base green colored material cotton? The tresse is different than the tress on my infantry and artillery pairs. Also my tress is melallic sewn onto a wool base material. Maybe these are some sort of political swallowsnest.

I agree! (SA?)...Probably not armed forces (unless its a prewar Weimar Reichsheer pattern?)
This based on the size (width) and amount of stripes shown... 7 only and very wide...

All three pair that I have ,have 7 wide stripes of metallic tress.

LDR had some like this, the bases are a heavy ribbed cotton.
