      It looks like a proper Zollschutz tunic from the photos but the cuff band was typically not worn on this early tunic.

        I agree, an early Weimar are Zoll tunic (early-mid 30's). There are pictures of officials wearing both styles at the same time (transitional period) but the arm band belongs to the later TR era pattern.

                That's cheap. The cuff title alone is worth 60-80% of the value
                Eventhough its a pre ww2 piece (Weimar era) it was worn early on during the 3rd Reich as this image shows
                (Weimar era tunic worn along side a TR pattern...transitional period, pre-war image taken at Czech border)

                1 = Third Reich pattern Zoll (customs)
                2 = Czech official
                3 = Weimar era light colored cotton summer Zoll (customs) tunic with fly front!(hidden buttons)
                4 = darker green trikot (fine wool) Weimar era Zoll (customs) as the thread tunic.

                3 and 4 have the old style Zoll (customs) collar litzen which resemble WH litzen, like the uniform that started this thread.
                Note early (political style) and 2nd pattern Third Reich Zoll cap eagles worn with the old cap cockade, still lacking wreath!
                Sorry I'm not sure where I got the image from so I can't give anybody any credit...

                  Yes, and there is still another double breasted Weimar Republic period Zollschutz tunic with gold buttons that was worn into the NS Zeit before these. I have no idea why the Zoll could not decide on just one uniform style and continue to wear it.
