Anyone have a pic of a smock/camo tie string?

Hey guys,

I picked up a Luft helmet today. It was brought to my attention that what I thought was a postwar added string/strap may have been a tie string from a smock or jacket. It would be nice if it is a tie string from a jacket but dont expect it.

This tie has a slight sheen to it. Burns like cotton and kind of crunches when streched.

Was wondering what you guys could come up with.
